Can you create custom cocktails for my event?

Yes, we specialize in creating custom cocktails tailored to your event’s theme and preferences. Our bartenders will work with you to design a unique drink menu that will impress your guests.

Do you carry insurance? What permits do I need for my event?

Yes, we carry both general liability and liquor liability insurance and can provide copies of our policies to your venue upon request. While it is the client’s responsibility to secure any necessary permits for the event, typically, events on private property do not require permits. For specific requirements, we recommend contacting your local municipality or police department. We’re always here to assist with any questions you may have.

Can I customize a package to fit my needs?

Yes, we offer customizable packages to suit your specific needs and preferences. Contact us to discuss your requirements, and we’ll tailor a package just for you.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

We require a 50% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due one week prior to the event. Cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable. In case of inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling, but clients are responsible for providing necessary outdoor tents or gear. Potion Lab does not supply tents. We accept cash or credit card payments through our secure online invoicing system.

Do you provide the alcohol?

No, we do not provide alcohol due to liquor licensing laws. However, Potion Lab offers everything else you need for an exceptional bartending experience.

Where are you based and how far do you travel?

Potion Lab is based in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. For locations beyond 30 miles, we charge a travel fee of $5 per mile to cover gasoline, tolls, and additional travel time. Feel free to reach out if you're unsure about your location!

Can I extend the bartending service beyond the standard time?

Absolutely! Our standard service duration is 5 hours, but you can extend it for an additional charge of $250 per hour. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure your guests continue to enjoy our services.
